888 Brickell

888 Brickell is the first Dolce & Gabbana residences in the Americas — a Miami tower where Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have taken their house codes into architecture and interiors rather than licensing a name to someone else’s building.

The defining feature is structural rather than decorative. Homes are designed to shift between a grand private residence, a corner hotel suite and a hotel room, so an owner can occupy the whole floor plan, close part of it off, or place it into the hotel programme. Soundproofing and separate private entrances exist so that residents keep their discretion while hotel guests use the adjoining rooms.

At 90 stories and 1,049 feet, 888 Brickell is Miami's tallest tower — 259 residences designed by Dolce&Gabbana. Beyond the tower's Major Residences (Lines A through E, levels 34–77) and Level 87 penthouse, the top of the building also holds a Suite/Room flex collection, half-floor Residences (levels 83–86) and full-floor Duplex residences (levels 78–81) — all detailed in the unit mix above.

Residences run from a one-bedroom of 1,285 sq ft (119 m²) up to the level-87 penthouse at 11,150 sq ft (1,035 m²) with four bedrooms and five and a half baths. The upper band, levels 55 to 77, holds the three-bedroom lines at 3,045 and 3,310 sq ft. Floor plans for every line are downloadable above.

Service is hotel-grade and around the clock: a private residential lobby, a signature restaurant, an on-site tailor, a beauty salon and barber, a fitness and wellness centre, and a Rolls-Royce house car.

For a buyer, the flexibility is the asset. Few Miami towers let the same residence be a home, a suite and a rentable hotel room depending on the year you are having.
