Galia

Galia is an ocean-view building in town — inside San Miguel rather than on the coast road, with a rooftop terrace and pool that carries the view over the rooftops to the sea.

Twenty-five units in one, two and “two XL” bedroom layouts: roughly 56 m² for a one-bedroom, 111 m² for a two, and 122 m² for the larger two-bedroom configuration. There is commercial space at street level.

Buying in town is a different proposition from buying on the water. You trade direct frontage for walkability — restaurants, the ferry, shops and daily life on foot — and you pay materially less per square metre for the same build quality. For anyone spending real time on the island rather than visiting, that trade usually favours town.

The rooftop is where the view lives in a building like this, so it does more work than a rooftop does elsewhere. Ask which units face the sea and which face inland before comparing prices — in an ocean-view building, orientation is most of the difference.
