Interiors throughout are designed by Rockwell Group: custom millwork kitchens in Honed Calacatta Gold Quartz, white oak flooring, and primary baths finished in Honed Bianco Dolomite porcelain with polished nickel Kohler fixtures. At the building's crown, two Sky Villas carry interiors by Fendi Casa as part of the JEM Sky Villas penthouse collection.
The 50th floor holds JEM Club, the building's dedicated amenity level — a resort-style pool deck, an indoor Sky Lounge, a co-working lounge and podcast room, and a full spa suite with sauna, steam room and a Himalayan salt room. Residents arrive through a private, residential-only porte-cochère with 24-hour valet.
