Shark Tower

Shark Tower stands in Puerto Cancún — twenty floors, 134 apartments, alongside six mansions with underwater parking. The silhouette deliberately echoes a shark’s dorsal fin, and the developer has attached a shark conservation theme to the project.

Puerto Cancún is the distinction that matters. It is the marina and golf district rather than the hotel zone — gated, low-rise by Cancún standards, with the marina, shops and restaurants inside the same development. Owners here are generally buying a primary or second residence in the city, not beachfront rental stock.

The building carries a business centre with fully equipped workspaces, and sits directly alongside Cancún Marina.

The six mansions are a separate product from the apartments and should be evaluated as such. Underwater parking is unusual enough that it is worth understanding the engineering and the maintenance obligation before comparing the price to a conventional garage.
