Someone who has already spent a season in a destination is a different kind of prospect from someone who found a listing in a search result. They know the place, they know the season, and they know what running a house there involves.

For a buyer, it means we can discuss a purchase from the operating side — management, seasonality, and what a property actually takes to run — from experience rather than estimate. Where we operate rentals in the same building, we say so on that building's page, and where we do not, we leave it blank.

For an owner or a developer, it is the part worth knowing: the audience is not assembled from scratch on the day a listing goes live.
